# Track your entries and the status of your documents

> The Registrations tab lists your complete, incomplete and past entries, with a coloured badge for each document, dog and payment to check.

The **Registrations** tab (**My registrations** screen) groups all your entries. For each one, coloured badges show the status of your licence or certificate, your dogs and your payment: green if it is validated, orange if the organiser has not checked it yet, red if something is missing or has been refused.

## The three tabs

- **Incomplete**: entries that still need an action or a check.
- **Complete**: entries that are fully validated and paid.
- **Past**: entries for events that are over.

An entry is incomplete if it is not paid, if documents are missing or refused, or if the organiser has not yet validated the documents. When everything is in order, the tab shows "Congratulations! All your registrations are complete."

## Read the badges

At the top of the **Incomplete** tab, a legend explains the colours: **Validated**, **Not yet validated**, **Missing or refused**.

For each participant, every entry shows:

- one badge per **dog** (with its name);
- **Dog health sheet**, if you provided one;
- **License**, or the medical document (**Medical Certificate**, **Health questionnaire**…);
- **Pay the registration** if it is not paid, **Paid** if it is.

Tap a badge to see what it means:

| Message | What to do |
| --- | --- |
| **Passport validated**, **License validated**, **Medical certificate validated** | Nothing, it is in order. |
| **Passport not yet validated**, **License not yet validated**, **Medical certificate not yet validated** | Wait: the organiser has not checked it yet. |
| **Passport refused or missing**, **License refused**, **Medical certificate refused** | Tap **Fix** and update the document. |
| **License missing**, **Medical certificate missing** | Tap **Add** to provide the document. |
| **Dog health record refused** | Tap **Fix** to reopen the entry and replace the sheet. |
| **Unpaid registration** | Tap **Pay** to open your carts. |

## Edit or delete an entry

To the right of the first participant's name:

- the pencil icon reopens the entry form so you can edit it;
- the bin icon withdraws the entry, after you confirm ("Are you sure you want to delete the registration?").

Tap the event name to open its page.

## Meals and accommodation

Meals and accommodation you have booked appear under the event, with their quantity. Their badge shows **Pay** or **Paid**. The bin lets you cancel them while their bookings are still open.

## Waiting list

An entry on the waiting list shows **On the waiting list**. When the organiser gives you a place, the button becomes **On the waiting list - Click to finalize**, then **On the waiting list - You must pay to finalize it!** once accepted. ## Online races

For an online race, the **Enter the result** badge lets you send your time.

## Common problems

**"It is no longer possible to modify the registration because registrations are closed."** Contact the organiser.

**"Can't unregister".** Entries are closed, or the organiser does not allow online withdrawal for a paid entry. Contact them.

**"Warning: You have not paid for the registration, but since registration is closed, it is no longer possible to finalize it."** Online payment is no longer possible. Contact the organiser.

**I cannot see a family member's entry.** It is linked to their account. Switch to it with **Switch account**: see [Register someone else](/en/docs/competitor/register-someone-else/).
