After the race, send the results from Canichrono if the computer is online. Otherwise, upload the software's file to Canicompet from **Results** > **Load results**. In that second case, publish the results afterwards so everyone can see them.

## Method 1: send directly from Canichrono

If the timing computer is connected to the Internet, Canichrono sends the results to your event using the key stored in the entry file. Results sent this way are published right away, and people who follow the results in the app get a notification.

The video [Manual timing guide](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lL74pNCC_-I) (in French) shows how to do it in the software.

## Method 2: upload the file to Canicompet

Use this method if the computer has no Internet access on site.

1. Save the results file from Canichrono and copy it to a device that is online.
2. In the event dashboard, **Results** section, open **Load results**.
3. In **Format**, choose **Canichrono**.
4. In **File**, tap **Select** and pick the file.
5. Confirm with the round button at the bottom right.
6. The results page opens. If the banner **Results are loaded but they are not published.** appears, tap **Publish them.**

> **CAUTION**
A Canichrono file replaces all results already loaded for the event, across all races. Always send a complete file, never a single race.

## Fix results that are already published

Make the correction in Canichrono, then send the results again with either method. The new upload replaces the previous one.

## Without Canichrono

You can also load the results of a race from a CSV file, one race per file. See [Results CSV import format](/en/docs/reference/results-csv-format/) and, for the full import process, [Import results](/en/docs/organizer/import-results/).

> **NOTE**
If the results are still unpublished four days after the event starts, the organizers get a reminder by email and notification asking them to publish.
