A Statistics page to follow your event

Registrations, revenue, participant breakdowns and a results summary: organizers now have a Statistics page for each event.

Organizers now have a new Statistics page, available from their event dashboard. It can cover the whole event or a single race, and amounts can be shown gross or net.

Key figures

At a glance: the number of registrants (paid, not paid, waiting), the fill rate, net and gross revenue, refunds, the amount still to receive, the last transfer and the net amount for the organizer.

Charts

  • registrations over time;
  • payments and refunds;
  • registrations by race and by event day.

Breakdowns

  • revenue by type (registrations, meals, accommodation, day licences, paid options…);
  • payment methods and platform fees;
  • documents to check (licences, medical certificates, vaccines) and the waiting list.

Participants

Age and gender, categories, federations, top clubs, and the dogs: number of different dogs, breeds and dog age.

After the race

Once results are published, the page summarizes the race: finishers, DNF and DSQ, attendance, median time and time distribution.

Before the first registration, the page stays empty: the charts appear with the first registrations.

See the event dashboard and, for payment-related figures, online payments.
