Export entries

All downloads are in the dashboard, under Exports & Downloads: Excel lists of entries, the file for the timing software, meals, accommodation, validated documents and dog chiplists. Validate your entrants’ documents before you download the final list.

  1. Open the event dashboard.
  2. Under Management, tap Exports & Downloads.
  3. Tap the button for the file you want. The download starts.
Button Content
Download paid registrations Only paid entries.
Download all registrations Paid and unpaid entries.
Download waiting registrations Entries on the waiting list.

Use the list of paid entries for bib collection, and the full list to chase late payers.

The Timing software section produces a file to open in Canichrono, the free timing software that replaces Canichrono:

  • Paid registrations (Timing): only paid entries;
  • All registrations (Timing): unpaid entries included.

The Learn more link presents the software. To import the file and time the race, see the timing documentation.

If your event offers meals or accommodation, an extra section appears:

  • Download dinings registrations;
  • Download hostings registrations.

Under Documents, Download validated documents gets the documents you have validated. Useful to have them offline on race day.

A chiplist is a PDF that lists the entered dogs with their identification chip number, sex and date of birth, along with the competitor’s bib. It is used for dog checks on race day.

  1. Under Chiplists, tick the races you want, or tap Select all.
  2. Choose the layout:
    • One page per competitor;
    • Table per race;
    • One page per competitor and per race;
    • Single table.
  3. Tick Include unpaid registrations if needed.
  4. Tap Download Chiplists.

The start list (times, bibs, chips) is exported from the start lists page: tap Export, then Excel. See Prepare start lists.

  • “Please select at least one race.”: tick at least one race before downloading the chiplists.
  • An entrant is missing from the file: check that they have paid, or use the export of all entries.
  • The download does not start on mobile: try again from a computer, where Excel and PDF files open more easily.
